Write to hello@kidgonearby.com. Include the page URL, city and place name when reporting incorrect information. Do not send health, identity, school, travel-document or precise child-location information. If your message concerns a privacy request, write "Privacy request" in the subject so it can be separated from ordinary place corrections.
Corrections and removals
Open map details should normally be corrected at their source, such as OpenStreetMap or the venue profile. We can investigate cached or editorial information and remove unsupported claims from KidGo Nearby.
The most useful correction requests include: the affected URL, the venue or city, what is wrong, a reliable source, and whether the issue affects accessibility, child suitability, opening status or safety wording.
Publisher, partnerships and advertising
Use the same email for publisher questions, partnership proposals, accessibility notes, advertising questions, and affiliate-disclosure issues. Commercial proposals do not guarantee coverage or ranking, and paid relationships must remain separated from organic recommendation logic.
If a venue, tourism board, ticket provider or brand wants to suggest a correction or collaboration, the request should identify the commercial relationship clearly. Sponsored placement, if ever offered, must be labelled and kept separate from editorial recommendations.
Response timing and languages
KidGo Nearby is a small independent site, so responses are not guaranteed immediately. We aim to review high-impact accuracy, privacy, safety wording and accessibility reports first. English is preferred for publisher and privacy messages; Turkish messages are also welcome.
Response scope
KidGo Nearby cannot provide emergency, medical, legal or child-safety advice. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. We also cannot confirm live ticket availability, weather disruption, venue crowding or transport delays.
We cannot mediate disputes with venues, booking platforms, map providers or public-data projects. When an issue belongs at a third-party source, we may still update KidGo copy while directing the reporter to the original source for permanent correction.
